CORE aeration

Core aeration is the process of mechanically removing plugs of thatch and soil from the lawn.

Aeration opens the soil, helps reduce compaction, improves water infiltration,  improving rooting, reduces thatch and acts in many other ways to improve the lawn and reduce stress.

Aeration restores the vital "nooks and crannies" to the soil.

Over seeding

fertilization

Your soil supplies some of the nutrients that turfgrass needs.

Most soils are not able to provide all of them during the entire growing season.

A healthy and actively-growing lawn uses a great deal of energy.

Fertilizer helps your lawn stay healthy by promoting new leaf and root growth, aiding in the recovery from foot traffic and pest damage, reducing and controlling weeds and replacing nutrients lost to leaching, volatilization and grass clipping removal.

Overseeding compensates for that natural slow down of the turf's reproduction.

There are two major benefits to overseeding every three or four years;

First, you insure your lawn stays thick and dense, or if it has thinned, you will make it thick again.

Thick grass has few if any weeds if it is mowed over 2 inches tall.
